Working in close partnership with our customers, we strive to offer the end consumer the best possible products based on plastic recyclates.
We put every batch of every product through its paces in our own laboratory before it is shipped to the customer. We also store samples of every order to guarantee seamless traceability. We work with our customers to continuously develop new applications for recyclates. This cements relationships with our customers.
Our feedstock is solely comprised of household and commercial waste i.e. post-consumer material that is EuCertPlast certified.

EuCertPlast:
This certificate is only issued to recyclers who process post-consumer waste in accordance with the highest quality criteria so it can be made into new products. Products with the “Blauer Engel” eco-label must only be manufactured from EuCertPlast-certified recyclates.
ISO certificates:
EN ISO 9001 sets out the minimum requirements for a quality management system which an organisation must satisfy in order to supply products and services that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. A continuous improvement process should also be in place for the management system.
ISO 14001 emphasises the importance of the continuous improvement process as a means of achieving the defined environmental objectives of an organisation, be it a company, service provider or public body. The continuous improvement process is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act method or PDCA. Businesses should have a defined environmental policy, environmental targets and an environmental programme and should also set up an appropriate management system to achieve these objectives. Material flow analysis is a useful way of describing environmental impacts.

For the most effective error minimisation, we check all incoming goods and take measures to continually improve our technical equipment. Our aim is not simply to match the state of the art, but to set the benchmark. All of our processes and machines are subject to an ongoing evaluation and improvement process.
